Det va länge sedan.. Jag har legat inne men vill inte gå ut offentligt med vad det handlar om.
Jag har iallafall kommit hem nu och blir hemma ett par dagar, sen blir det inläggning igen.
Menmen.. Iallafall.
Idag va jag på ICA och köpte hem massa clean food såsom spenat, äpplen och bär i mängder samt produkter från Renee Voltaire.
Jag stod och velade mellan massa smoothi mixar som dom har från det märket men valde gojibär pulver och vetegräs pulver som är sjuuukt nyttigt..
Berättar mer om varje produkt nedan.
Sen valde jag att köpa en cleansing mix som är mörkgrönt pulver som tydligen ska va massa nyttigheter i.
Gojibär är bra för att:
Gojibär kallas även superbär, dom innehåller bland annat följande.. Antioxidanter, vitaminer samt mineraler.
Vetegräs är bra för:
Innehåller aminosyror och massa vitaminer samt mineraler.
Jag gjorde en smoothi av dessa och gjorde följande..
Tog 2 dl havremjölk
1 tsk goji pulver
1tsk cleansing mix
1 tsk vetegräs pulver
1 dl hallon
1 banan
Sen mixade jagallt i en blender och drack ett stort glas med massa nyttigheter.
Kokosoljan har jag inte testat än. Det blir först i morgon..

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids.
