Grönt te till mycket

Hej!

som ni märker så gillar jag att testa egna grejer hemma som jag varierar med butikens  dyrare krämer.

Jag har sjukt mycket erfarenhet att att göra egna skrubbs och ansiktsvatten till ansiktet.

Idag ska jag berätta mer om grönt te och vad det har för påverkan på huden!

Grönt te innehåller: En mängd vitaminer och mineraler samt rätt mycket antioxidanter.

Bra att dricka varje dag 2 koppar för vikten.. Sen glöm ej, spara påsarna!

När du druckit upp dit gröna te kan du ta upp påsen och hälla innehållet i en liten burk tillsammans med den vätskan den har i sig tillsätt ev lite honung och citron för att bosta peeling masken änu  mer!

Låt masken sitta minst 15 min men gärna mer.
