{"id":378,"date":"2012-11-28T11:14:21","date_gmt":"2012-11-28T09:14:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/beautybysofia\/?p=378"},"modified":"2012-11-28T11:14:21","modified_gmt":"2012-11-28T09:14:21","slug":"laga-mat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/beautybysofia\/2012\/11\/28\/laga-mat\/","title":{"rendered":"Laga mat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Imorse gick jag upp kl 08 f\u00f6r att b\u00f6rja laga o fixa frukost, mellis, lunch osv. <\/p>\n<p>Idag fick det bli italiensk frukost med \u00e4gg, f\u00e4rsk sparris, ruccola och tomater.<br \/>\nTill mellis gjorde jag en smoothie p\u00e5 papaya, mango, ananas, banan, citron, sojamj\u00f6lk, linfr\u00f6olja och psylliumfr\u00f6n.<\/p>\n<p>Och till lunch fick det bli kyckling med quinoa och blandade stekta gr\u00f6nsaker, typ mor\u00f6tter, palsternacka, paprika, oliver osv.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r r\u00e4tt jobbigt att jag m\u00e5ste vara s\u00e5 p\u00e5hittig hela tiden n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller maten och m\u00e5ltiderna. Men jag SKA klara av det h\u00e4r! Om alla andra kan s\u00e5 ska v\u00e4l jag kunna &#8211; \u00e4ven om jag verkligen f\u00e5r tvinga mig sj\u00e4lv ibland.<\/p>\n<p>Nu \u00e4r jag iaf p\u00e5v\u00e4g till skolan i ruskv\u00e4dret!
