Nej, jag kan inte acceptera det i s\u00e5 fall. Jag m\u00e5ste vara stimulerad, arbeta f\u00f6r min egen r\u00e4kning &amp; f\u00e5 ut n\u00e5t av det jag g\u00f6r. \u00c4r s\u00e5 tr\u00f6tt p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra samma sak, varje dag, \u00e5r efter \u00e5r. Jag m\u00e5 l\u00e5ta bitter men just nu \u00f6nskar jag att jag hade en buffert sparad till en resa f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en paus &amp; sedan \u00f6ppna ett eget f\u00f6retag &amp; arbeta med det JAG vill!<\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4r tr\u00f6tt p\u00e5 att stressa &amp; g\u00e5 upp tidigt p\u00e5 morgon. Stress \u00e4r farligt! Det bidrar till sjukdomar i olika former &amp; ingen blir lycklig av stress. Jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker ta det lugnt n\u00e4r jag kommer hem om kv\u00e4llarna, men det \u00e4r inte alltid det g\u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rs\u00f6k hitta tid att stressa av &amp; ta det lugnt. Ha egentid &amp; inte g\u00f6ra n\u00e5gonting. Det \u00e4r vad jag kallar kvalit\u00e9tstid. Ta en kopp te med honung, v\u00e4rma vetekudden &amp; mysa i soffan med en god bok eller en bra film &amp; bara f\u00f6rsvinna fr\u00e5n verkligheten en stund.\u00a0Kom ih\u00e5g att inte gl\u00f6mma bort er sj\u00e4lva. Man lever bara en g\u00e5ng..<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r \u00e4r ett av mina favoritm\u00e4rken n\u00e4r det kommer till te.
