Johan brukar s\u00e4ga att jag \u00e4r i koma &amp; jag vet att han ofta tror att jag \u00e4r sur, fast jag bara \u00e4r tyst pga att jag \u00e4r s\u00e5 himla tr\u00f6tt. S\u00e5 idag best\u00e4mde jag mig f\u00f6r att k\u00f6pa D3 vitaminer.<\/p>\n<p>D3 utvinns fr\u00e5n fettet i f\u00e5rens ull &amp; ska hj\u00e4lpa den som \u00e4r tr\u00f6tt under vinterhalv\u00e5ret d\u00e5 man inte f\u00e5r n\u00e5gon D3 vitamin som i vanliga fall bildas fr\u00e5n kolesterol i huden n\u00e4r den uts\u00e4tts f\u00f6r solljus.<\/p>\n<p>D3 finns b\u00e5de i fet fisk, lever, \u00e4ggula, fiskleverolja &amp; mejeriprodukter. D3 aktiveras av fett &amp; b\u00f6r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r intas tillsammans med fet mat eller olja om den \u00e4r i tablettform, annars rekommenderar jag att k\u00f6pa den i kapselform som inneh\u00e5ller olja s\u00e5 slipper man t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 det.<\/p>\n<p>Eftersom D3 ska verka uppiggande b\u00f6r man ta den p\u00e5 morgonkvisten f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ut b\u00e4sta m\u00f6jliga energin under dagen. En vanlig sommardag i solen f\u00e5r m\u00e4nniskan i sig s\u00e5 mycket D3 att man klarar sig gott &amp; v\u00e4l utan dessa men under vintern kan man beh\u00f6va lite extra hj\u00e4lp p\u00e5 traven. D3 finns i olika styrkor. F\u00f6rra \u00e5ret k\u00f6pte jag D3 2000 &amp; k\u00e4nde ingen skillnad alls, s\u00e5 nu har jag inf\u00f6rskaffat en burk D3 5000 &amp; hoppas p\u00e5 bra resultat. Burken var inte s\u00e5 rolig, men huvudsaken \u00e4r ju att det hj\u00e4lper.
