K\u00e4nns sk\u00f6nt att inte ha n\u00e5gra planer p\u00e5 s\u00f6ndagar &amp; att bara kunna ta dagen som den kommer. Jag tycker att man b\u00f6r ha minst en s\u00e5n dag per helg f\u00f6r att bara ladda batterierna inf\u00f6r den kommande veckan.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har sovit mycket den h\u00e4r helgen. Minst 10h varje natt! Underbart! Jag \u00e4r som ett barn n\u00e4r det kommer till s\u00f6mn. S\u00e5 fort jag inte sover tillr\u00e4ckligt blir jag tr\u00f6tt &amp; grinig.<\/p>\n<p>Visste du att n\u00e4r man sover \u00e5terh\u00e4mtar sig kroppen. Kroppen vilar &amp; f\u00e5r tid att l\u00e4ka &amp; st\u00e4rka immunf\u00f6rsvaret. Under s\u00f6mnen s\u00e4nks \u00e4mnesoms\u00e4ttningen , andningen blir l\u00e5ngsammare &amp; musklerna slappnar av. Unna er att sova &amp; koppla av \u00e4ven p\u00e5 dagen. En tupplur \u00e4r inte fel om tid finns, det \u00a0minskar uppkomsten av sjukdomar. Passa p\u00e5 &amp; njut n\u00e4r du \u00e4r ledig.
