Det \u00e4r riktigt sk\u00f6nt att tr\u00e4na och k\u00e4nna att man gjort n\u00e5got bra. Vi har en crosstrainer hemma som jag stog p\u00e5 i 40 minuter, sedan har vi ett par hantlar med 2-3 kg p\u00e5, s\u00e5 med dom gjorde jag n\u00e5gra \u00f6vningar sedan 50 situps\u00a030 armh\u00e4vningar sammanlagt.\u00a0 Nu \u00e4r man lite tr\u00f6tt men fan vad sk\u00f6nt det \u00e4r. jag tycker man ska tr\u00e4nna en g\u00e5ng om dagen. Det \u00e4r verkligen uppfriskande och sk\u00f6nt.
