Having my first coffe and breakfast before i run over to World Fitness to meet with a personal trainer to set up my new program. I mostly run and do free weights or Yoga and kick boxing. Since im a pole dancer i really dont need a lot of weights or heavy programs since dancing almoast six nights a week is a work out by itself..
Since im one of the worlds worst cooks i get my breakfast from a take out place downstairs. talk about beeing lazy..
