Som sagt fettet ska bort!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Har m&aring;l. B&ouml;rjar med ett av mina delm&aring;l som &auml;r&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Att mina gr&aring;a jeans ska sitta l&ouml;sare innan Mars. Dvs cirak 2 1\/2 veckor kvar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jag vill helst slippa v&auml;ga mig f&ouml;r jag tr&auml;nar r&auml;tt mycket och muskler v&auml;ger mer &auml;n fett.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>N&auml;sta delm&aring;l f&ouml;r ni h&ouml;ra n&auml;r jag har lyckats med delm&aring;l 1. Jag har 4:a delm&aring;l som leder till mitt huvudm&aring;l som ska uppn&aring;s innan 30 JUNI.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px; color: #800000; font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde';\">Dagens kost&amp;tr&auml;ning<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Frukost: 2 kn&auml;ckebr&ouml;d med 1\/2 avokado+ 1 apelsin+ 1 kopp kaffe<\/p>\n<p>Mellanm&aring;l1: en n&auml;ve pickan n&ouml;tter<\/p>\n<p>Lunch: I stort glas smothie( 1 banan, b&auml;r,naturell Yogurt+ 1\/2 apelsin)<\/p>\n<p>Middag: sallad+ torsk+ grillad champin<\/p>\n<p>Efterr&auml;tt: 2 m. choklad med n&ouml;tter i. + 3 dadlar+ lite vindruvor<\/p>\n<p>Mellan&aring;l3: ?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tr&auml;ning:<\/p>\n<p>L&ouml;pning&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bodypump<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Total kcal: -722 kcal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oj jag skulle ju skriva p&aring; fredag :\/ opppps, sorry har haft mkt att st&aring; i.
