Bl.a ett tr\u00e4nings program f\u00f6r att st\u00e4rka kroppen. Framf\u00f6rallt magen!<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rsta dagen larvade jag och Madelene oss och vi asgarvade genom de flesta \u00f6vningarna, inte s\u00e5 seri\u00f6st. Dagen d\u00e4rp\u00e5 s\u00e5 hade jag tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk?!? I ena skinkan, l\u00e5ret och nedre delen av magen. Hahaha va?<\/p>\n<p>I g\u00e5r gick jag igenom hela programmet, och i dag kan jag knappt g\u00e5. Fyyy f***n vad otr\u00e4nad man har blivit d\u00e5. Jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte verkligen h\u00e5lla ig\u00e5ng med tr\u00e4ningen under graviditeten, men mina foger och kn\u00e4 skrek nej.
