Riktigt gott, l\u00e4tt att sl\u00e4nga ihop och massor av protein!<\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser:<\/p>\n<p>500 g keso<br \/>\n1 st \u00e4pple<br \/>\nLite kanel<br \/>\nHacka \u00e4pplet och l\u00e4gg i en sk\u00e5l tillsammans med keson, krydda med kanel och r\u00f6r om rej\u00e4lt.
