Men \u00e4t g\u00e4rna ett kokt \u00e4gg vid sidan om\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r receptet g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 ganska snabbt att fixa och ger dig snabbt en rej\u00e4l laddning protein!<\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser:<\/p>\n<p>3 dl l\u00e4ttmj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n1 banan<br \/>\n40 g havregryn (1 dl)<br \/>\n60 g proteinpulver med chokladsmak (drygt 1,5 dl)<br \/>\nK\u00f6r alla ingredienserna i en mixer, h\u00e4ll upp i ett stooort glas (brukar bli n\u00e4stan 7 dl) och klunka i dig.
