Det \u00e4r d\u00e5 kroppen l\u00e4ker. Med f\u00f6r lite s\u00f6mn f\u00e5r man p\u00e5sar under \u00f6gonen, bl\u00e5het, R\u00f6da \u00f6gon, d\u00e5lig hy med mera. Jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker alltid sova 8 timmar, inte mer eller mindre. D\u00e5 m\u00e5r jag som b\u00e4st!<\/p>\n<p>Och jag vill bara ge er ett litet tips till att sova\/somna l\u00e4ttare. Sovmask! Jag sover s\u00e5 sjukt bra n\u00e4r jag har en s\u00e5n. Det blir m\u00f6rkt, \u00f6gonen blir avslappnade och jag somnar mycket l\u00e4ttare.<br \/>\nJag anv\u00e4nder en fr\u00e5n daydream som \u00e4r super sk\u00f6n.
