Vi lagar den p\u00e5 k\u00e4nn, s\u00e5 m\u00e5tten \u00e4r ungef\u00e4rliga.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e4kor<br \/>\nPinjen\u00f6tter<br \/>\nca 1\/3 burk citronpesto (Icas)<br \/>\nca 1\/3 kruka f\u00e4rsk Citronmeliss<br \/>\n1-2 vitl\u00f6kar<br \/>\nOlivolja<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nFullkornspasta<\/p>\n<p>Sj\u00e4lva fyllningen g\u00e5r extremt fort att g\u00f6ra s\u00e5 ta fram &amp; hacka upp alla ingredienser och b\u00f6rja koka pastan innan du b\u00f6rjar. L\u00e4gg r\u00e4korna p\u00e5 papper och l\u00e5t dem avvattnas lite, annars blir det f\u00f6r mkt vatten i stekpannan.<\/p>\n<p>Hetta upp pannan och rosta pinjen\u00f6tterna, ta dem sedan i en sk\u00e5l p\u00e5 sidan. H\u00e4ll i rikligt med olivolja och stek den hackade vitl\u00f6ken. Vitl\u00f6ken blir klar v\u00e4ldigt fort!<br \/>\nL\u00e5t oljan svalna lite och h\u00e4ll samtidigt av pastan.<br \/>\nTills\u00e4tt citronmeliss, pesto och slutligen r\u00e4kor. R\u00e4korna ska bara v\u00e4rmas upp snabbt, annars blir de torra och sega. All v\u00e4tska rinner ut i oljan.<br \/>\nBlanda i pastan &amp; pinjen\u00f6ttera och r\u00f6r om. Smaka av och tills\u00e4tt ev salt eller mer pesto.<br \/>\nVoil\u00e1!
