L\u00e4ngesen jag var s\u00e5 h\u00e4r p\u00e5 hugget med tr\u00e4ningen, sk\u00f6nt att ha kommit in i en s\u00e5dan h\u00e4r period. Det g\u00e4ller att ta vara p\u00e5 det d\u00e4remot f\u00f6r det kan v\u00e4nda lika snabbt igen! <\/p>\n<p>Passet p\u00e5 gymmet blev br\u00f6st och triceps f\u00f6ljt av 15 min p\u00e5 cykel. Sen en timmes TRX pass d\u00e4r vi k\u00f6rde genom alla kroppens muskler. Har bara k\u00f6rt det tv\u00e5 g\u00e5nger nu men tycker verkligen det \u00e4r bra tr\u00e4ning att variera med! <\/p>\n<p>Har funderat p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra en m\u00e4tning av kroppsfett p\u00e5 breeze ocks\u00e5, men vet knappt om jag v\u00e5gar! Tror verkligen inte det \u00e4r bra resultat nu, men det kan vara bra att veta och sen K\u00f6tta allt vad man pallar i n\u00e5gra m\u00e5nader och sen testa igen! En liten motivationsh\u00f6jare! <\/p>\n<p>Med lax, pasta och wookgr\u00f6nsaker ska jag nu hoppa i duschen efter tv\u00e5 h\u00e5rda pass..
