Just axlar tror jag f\u00f6r mig funkar b\u00e4st med lite varierande l\u00e4tta och tunga vikter samt m\u00e5nga och f\u00e5 repetitioner. Det k\u00f6r verkligen slut p\u00e5 dem och just eftersom jag har v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 ont (fel sorts ont) s\u00e5 \u00e4r det v\u00e4ldigt effektivt att variera med lite l\u00e4ttare vikter.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oh gosh.
