Blanda alla de torra ingredienserna i en bunke, blanda sedan ner de bl\u00f6ta. Sm\u00f6rj en avl\u00e5ng form (jag anv\u00e4nde kokosolja och os\u00f6tat str\u00f6br\u00f6d). Gr\u00e4dda i nedre delen av ugnen i ungef\u00e4r en timme.
