Det blev \u00e4nnu en timmes j\u00e4kligt pass p\u00e5 gymmet. 30 min Cross, 20 min tabata p\u00e5 cykel, 10 min Cross. Jag var utan att \u00f6verdriva spyf\u00e4rdig efter\u00e5t. Och undertiden kurrade magen som om den aldrig f\u00e5tt mat f\u00f6rr och den hela flaskan med vatten som \u00e5kte ner under tiden skvalpade runt i hela magen..! <\/p>\n<p>Vid tolv ska jag m\u00f6ta upp min fina farmor som jag inte har tr\u00e4ffat p\u00e5 l\u00e4nge f\u00f6r att ta en lunch p\u00e5 stan. Ska bli mysigt. Sen v\u00e4ntar jobb 14.30-18.45 och d\u00e4refter g\u00e5r jag och Pontus till pappa f\u00f6r att \u00e4ta middag.
