Fy fasen vilket grymt pass jag fick till, s\u00e5 sk\u00f6nt! B\u00f6rjade med 30 min intensivt p\u00e5 Crossen. Svetten verkligen droppade av mig som om jag stod i en dusch&#8230;najs. D\u00e4refter satte jag ig\u00e5ng med latsdrag, marklyft, hantelrodd, shrugs, pressdown, rodd i cable, bicepscurl med skivst\u00e5ng, med hantlar och lite mage och mjuka. K\u00f6rde med h\u00f6gre vikt i hantelrodd idag och n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng ska jag \u00f6ka \u00e4nnu mer f\u00f6r det k\u00e4ndes riktigt bra.<\/p>\n<p>Ikv\u00e4ll ska jag v\u00e4l bara vara hemma som vanligt.
