Det \u00e4r alltid s\u00e5 h\u00e4r n\u00e4r jag inte \u00e4r taggad och jag har verkligen b\u00f6rjat l\u00e4ra mig det nu! Det \u00e4r en s\u00e5n h\u00e4rlig k\u00e4nsla b\u00e5de undertiden och efter\u00e5t.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rjade med 30 minuter p\u00e5 crossen, gick \u00f6ver till cykeln och k\u00f6rde 20 min tabataintervaller och gick d\u00e4refter \u00f6ver till crossen och k\u00f6rde ytterligare 20 minuter p\u00e5 den. 70 minuter kondition totalt. D\u00e4refter k\u00f6rde jag lite rygg och biceps s\u00e5 det blev marklyft, hantelrodd, latsdrag, shrugs, bicepscurl med skivst\u00e5ng och bicepscurl med hantlar, sen var jag slut. Jag kan s\u00e4ga att tr\u00f6jan var t\u00e4ckt med svett&#8230;h\u00e4rligt.<\/p>\n<p>Nu har jag kommit hem och duschat, ska snart \u00e4ta. Ikv\u00e4ll blir det bara mys framf\u00f6r tv:n, som vanligt. Solsidan ikv\u00e4ll ju! Har faktiskt inte f\u00f6ljt det alls, men det \u00e4r faktiskt v\u00e4ldigt roligt s\u00e5 ska nog se det idag \u00e5tminstone.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bilder fr\u00e5n Weheartit.
