Fia h\u00e4mtade upp mig en stund efter tv\u00e5 s\u00e5 k\u00f6rde vi till gymmet d\u00e4r passet bestod av br\u00f6st och triceps. Jag har inte k\u00f6rt br\u00f6st p\u00e5 v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e4nge eftersom det inte \u00e4r n\u00e5gonting jag prioriterar, men Fia \u00e4r ju sjukt grym och k\u00f6rde p\u00e5 med 50 p\u00e5 b\u00e4nkpress. Jag fick n\u00f6ja mig med 30.. haha. Men efter passet var vi alldeles slut b\u00e5da tv\u00e5 s\u00e5 vi var v\u00e4ldigt n\u00f6jda.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger funderat p\u00e5 att byta gym, men jag har \u00e4nd\u00e5 trivts ganska bra p\u00e5 Friskis. D\u00e4remot var det j\u00e4klar i det tur att jag hade Fia med mig idag. Direkt n\u00e4r vi klev in p\u00e5 gymmet s\u00e4nktes min motivation n\u00e5got enormt. Alla som var d\u00e4r och tr\u00e4nade s\u00e5g s\u00e5 enormt uttr\u00e5kade ut och musiken h\u00f6rdes knappt. Hela st\u00e4mningen var fruktansv\u00e4rd. Men det gick \u00e4nd\u00e5 tack vare min fina Fia!<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r jag kom hem sl\u00e4ngde jag i mig lite god mat, gick en promenad med Jambo, tog en varm dusch och nu ligger jag i s\u00e4ngen och har precis tagit en kopp kaffe.
