Jag sv\u00e4ngde ihop mitt favoritrecept p\u00e5 LCHF v\u00e5fflor.<br \/>\nRecept f\u00f6r ca 6-7 stycken<br \/>\n2 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<br \/>\n2 dl mandelmj\u00f6l<br \/>\n4 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n1 msk fiberhusk<br \/>\n2 tsk bakpulver<br \/>\n1 nypa salt<br \/>\n1 tsk vaniljpulver\/vaniljextrakt <\/p>\n<p>Mixa ihop allt med en stavmixer och gr\u00e4dda med sm\u00f6r i v\u00e5ffelj\u00e4rn. Alla i familjen \u00e4r dock inte f\u00f6rtjusta i dessa s\u00e5 blev en vanlig v\u00e5ffelsmet med. Ska jobba p\u00e5 att f\u00e5 lite mer synliga muskler p\u00e5 armarna nu! K\u00e4nns grymt sk\u00f6nt att ha tr\u00e4nat nu iallafall \ud83d\ude42 Galet vad det bl\u00e5ser ute nu, rena stormen p\u00e5 hemv\u00e4gen fr\u00e5n gymmet. Hoppas den l\u00e4gger sig snabbt!
