Sl\u00e4ngde ihop lite proteinbollar efter lunch innan promenaden och hade ambition att baka mer idag..men blev inte s\u00e5, prioriterade att lapa sol ;D Blev ett sent pass p\u00e5 gymmet ikv\u00e4ll, k\u00f6rde rygg\/bic idag och hade grym energi, happy!<\/p>\n<p>Proteinbollar:<br \/>\nhur snabbt och enkla som helst att g\u00f6ra!<br \/>\nBlanda 3 msk kvarg,<br \/>\n4 msk mj\u00f6lk,<br \/>\n3 msk kakaopulver,<br \/>\n3 msk valfritt proteinpulver (jag anv\u00e4nde 3 msk choklad)<br \/>\n1 nypa vaniljpulver (om man inte anv\u00e4nt vanilj proteinpulver)<\/p>\n<p>Mixa 2 dl havregryn med 2 dl valfria hackade n\u00f6tter (jag hade i mandlar, cashew- och valn\u00f6tter) och h\u00e4ll ner i kvargblandningen.
