Idag m\u00f6tte vi upp \u00e4lsklings goa mamma en kortis som hade stora p\u00e5sk\u00e4gg, choklad och ett g\u00e4ng bullar till barnen med f\u00f6r att sedan \u00e4ven \u00e4ta en god lunch ute \ud83d\ude42 Blev ett sent pass i form av rygg och cardio ig\u00e5r, s\u00e5 sk\u00f6nt att vara ig\u00e5ng igen!!
