Dessa var l\u00e4tt som en pl\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra och blev riktigt goda!<br \/>\nAnv\u00e4nde mig av solrosk\u00e4rnor, sesamfr\u00f6n, linfr\u00f6n, pumpak\u00e4rnor, psylliumfr\u00f6n, chiafr\u00f6n samt rapsolja och hett vatten f\u00f6r att sedan f\u00f6rdela smeten p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t med bakpapper och gr\u00e4dda i 175 grader i cirka 45 min tills kn\u00e4cket blivit torrt och gyllenbrunt.
