H\u00e4rliga sol! Jag var s\u00e4ngliggandes torsdag\/fredag med kraftig huvudv\u00e4rk och illam\u00e5ende och d\u00e4rmed inte tr\u00e4nat f\u00f6rr\u00e4n ig\u00e5r kv\u00e4ll d\u00e5 jag k\u00f6rde tabataintervaller ,ett g\u00e4ng burpees, och 40 min p\u00e5 crosstrainern med viktv\u00e4sten.
