Passade p\u00e5 att ta mig en nyttig smoothie och detoxboll p\u00e5 Blueberry innan. <\/p>\n<p>Spirulina, mango, ananas, \u00e4pple, vetegr\u00e4s, f\u00e4rsk spenat, apelsin och citron = Blueberrys smoothie; Eat your greens. Jag brukar ha i lite Spirulinapulver i min juice p\u00e5 mornarna, Spirulina kallas \u00e4ven \u201dmirakelalgen\u201d p g a sitt stora inneh\u00e5ll av n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen. Fullproppad med vegetabiliska proteiner s\u00e4gs den bidra med cirka 20 ggr mer protein \u00e4n sojab\u00f6nan och ungef\u00e4r h\u00e4lften av aminosyrorna som \u00e4r livsn\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga f\u00f6r v\u00e5r kropp. Den ger oss ocks\u00e5 mineraler som j\u00e4rn, kalcium, krom, magnesium, mangan, kalium och zink.
