Men tr\u00e4ning blev det iaf, vi k\u00f6rde biceps och pecs. Man ska vara utvilad och pigg efter semester&#8230;\u00c4r inne p\u00e5 min tredje jobbvecka och \u00e4r hur tr\u00f6tt som helst! Haft semestern uppdelad i tv\u00e5 perioder p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 veckor i sommar dock och kanske beh\u00f6ver man lite l\u00e4ngre p\u00e5 rad f\u00f6r att komma ner i varv ordentligt med! \ud83d\ude00 Men har ju kommit ig\u00e5ng med tr\u00e4ningen ordentligt nu med vilket k\u00e4nns v\u00e4ldigt bra och kanske g\u00f6r det mig lite tr\u00f6ttare i b\u00f6rjan med det h\u00f6ga tempot med alla to do:s! Idag tog vi dock oss en powernap innan gymmet d\u00e5 inte barnen \u00e4r hemma just nu och det g\u00f6r stor skillnad att vila lite innan. Hum\u00f6ret \u00e4r det iallafall inget fel p\u00e5 trots tr\u00f6ttheten, happy 4 that! \ud83d\ude42 Idag k\u00f6rde vi ben\/ass tr\u00e4ning igen och jag \u00e4r nu sk\u00f6nt m\u00f6r, nyduschad och sitter och sippar p\u00e5 en god proteinshake med smaken av p\u00e4ronsplitt, mums!
