Har ordentlig tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk i ben och rumpa nu fr\u00e5n onsdagens pass. Happy 4 that! ;D Nu stundar helgen ,s\u00e5 nice, och hela familjen \u00e4r samlad. Vi har \u00e4tit ett g\u00e4ng med goda tacos och har fikamys framf\u00f6r \u00f6ppna spisen. K\u00e4nns att h\u00f6sten tagit fart nu d\u00e5 det \u00e4r s\u00e5 kyligt p\u00e5 mornarna och kv\u00e4llarna s\u00e5 vi har rotat fram v\u00e5ra one piece och kurar i. Jag planerar strax att k\u00f6ra lite konditionstr\u00e4ning i form av crosstrainern h\u00e4r hemma och sen ta en varm l\u00e5ng dusch.
