Vi ska boosta oss med vitaminer och mineraler, fokusera p\u00e5 att ge v\u00e5ra bodys b\u00e4sta f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningen f\u00f6r att rena sig och motverka inflammationer. Kul att se om man m\u00e5r b\u00e4ttre av en cleanare kost. Och i och med detta ska vi utesluta k\u00f6tt och en massa mejeriprodukter. Jag som \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt mycket f\u00f6r mejeriprodukter \u00e4r glad att jag kan ta till min mandelmj\u00f6lk i alla fall.
