K\u00e4nde mig dock tacksam f\u00f6r den h\u00e4rliga tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rken vilken jag k\u00e4nde av direkt n\u00e4r jag klev upp fr\u00e5n s\u00e4ngen. Denna fr\u00e5n l\u00f6rdagens pass med  b l a raka marklyft och front kn\u00e4b\u00f6j och som tagit bra p\u00e5 ben och rumpa. H\u00e4rligt! <\/p>\n<p>Efter en l\u00e5ng arbetsdag som fl\u00f6t p\u00e5 i ganska lagom tempo f\u00f6r att vara m\u00e5ndag har vi nu mumsat kr\u00e4ftor till middag, s\u00e5 gott! Och nu v\u00e4ntar ett nytt pass p\u00e5 gymmet, \u00e4r taggad trots tr\u00f6ttheten.
