Har \u00e4ven f\u00f6rberett lite banangott som nu ligger i frysen f\u00f6r att mumsas p\u00e5 till kv\u00e4llen f\u00f6r min del. \u00c4lskling gillar inte dessa s\u00e5 f\u00e5r ha dem f\u00f6r mig sj\u00e4lv \ud83d\ude09 Bra med kolhydrater och nyttiga fetter fr\u00e5n n\u00f6tterna g\u00f6r faktiskt dessa godingar till ett okej mumsande efter tr\u00e4ning eller vid s\u00f6tsug. Endast 150 kcal per portion. Ett B-A-N-A-N-A-S recept!<\/p>\n<p>1,5 bananer<br \/>\n60 gram m\u00f6rk choklad (minst 70%)<br \/>\n0,5 dl hasseln\u00f6tter<br \/>\nGlasspinnar\/grillpinnar\/tr\u00e4pinne<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<br \/>\nSm\u00e4lt chokladen i mikro eller i ett vattenbad. Hacka n\u00f6tterna, sk\u00e4r bananerna i bitar. Stick in en grillpinne av tr\u00e4 i bananbitarna och doppa dem i choklad och sedan i n\u00f6tterna.
