Och p\u00e5 hemv\u00e4gen k\u00f6pte jag hem massa thaimat, s\u00e5 sk\u00f6nt att slippa laga mat och bara duka och s\u00e4tta sig och s\u00e5 gott dessutom! Vi vilar fr\u00e5n tr\u00e4ningen idag d\u00e5 vi \u00e4r bra tr\u00f6tta och m\u00f6ra. Ha ha jag kan knappt sitta p\u00e5 rumpan efter i f\u00f6rrg\u00e5rs ben\/ass tr\u00e4ning. Happy 4 that! Men imorgon blir det axlar och mage som ska f\u00e5 sig en omg\u00e5ng! \ud83d\ude09 Nu ska de mysas med kanelte och lite sm\u00e5tt och gott till h\u00e4r hemma. K\u00e4nns att h\u00f6sten \u00e4r h\u00e4r nu och jag trotsade den lite med att k\u00f6pa mitt rosa favvo l\u00e4ppstift, ja mer somrigt \u00e4n h\u00f6st.. K\u00e4nner dock f\u00f6r att shoppa massa fina doftljus nu n\u00e4r h\u00f6sten \u00e4r h\u00e4r. Det \u00e4r ju s\u00e5 mysigt att t\u00e4nda en massa ljus om kv\u00e4llarna och hoppa i sk\u00f6na myskl\u00e4der n\u00e4r det \u00e4r m\u00f6rkt och burrigt ute.
