Dagens matintag har best\u00e5tt av frukost, havregrynsgr\u00f6t med frukt och b\u00e4r vilket jag \u00e4ter varje morgon i stort sett med undantag f\u00f6r s\u00f6ndagsbruncherna \ud83d\ude09 och kickstartar \u00e4ven alltid morgonen med kaffe och juice, ett m\u00e5ste! Lunchen bestod av en h\u00e4rlig r\u00e4ksallad med avocado och till mellis blev det fruktsallad, mumsigt! Nu middagsdax; glutenfria risnudlar med lite citronolja p\u00e5 och korv (85% k\u00f6tt). <\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rs\u00f6ker minska sockerintag efter en h\u00e4rlig all inclusive semester i Turkiet f\u00f6r 1 1\/2 vecka sedan som var helt underbar, men vad mycket mer \u00e4n beh\u00f6vligt det blev! ;D Barnen \u00e5t glass mest hela tiden och h\u00e4rliga buff\u00e9er och galet mycket desserter fanns att tillg\u00e5 dygnet runt.
