Sovmorgon, l\u00e5ngfrukost, pannkakslunch, mysfika framf\u00f6r brasan med la familja och en god middag med s\u00f6tpotatis kyckling &amp; gr\u00f6nsallad och lite gott fika igen.. Mycket mumsande idag! Barnen fick f\u00f6rst\u00e5ss en massa extra godis p\u00e5 det, de \u00e4r ju l\u00f6rdag \ud83d\ude42 Det blev ett sent pass p\u00e5 gymmet ikv\u00e4ll med, k\u00f6rde axlar\/rygg och imorgon planeras cardio hemma p\u00e5 crosstrainern. Vi har vilodag s\u00f6ndagar men k\u00e4nner att jag vill k\u00f6ra lite konditionstr\u00e4ning iallafall.
