Med det sagt; varje f\u00f6rsta dag i m\u00e5naden tar jag en stund p\u00e5 den 1: a varje m\u00e5nad f\u00f6r att erk\u00e4nna de framsteg som jag gjort under m\u00e5naden f\u00f6re. Vad gjorde du f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrat? Slog du ett personligt rekord i gymmet? Hur var min kosth\u00e5llning? Klappa dig sj\u00e4lv p\u00e5 ryggen!  Nu, se fram\u00e5t, vad kommer ni att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra p\u00e5 n\u00e4sta m\u00e5nad? Ska du utmana dig sj\u00e4lv med nya, h\u00e4lsosamma recept eller \u00e4gna mer tid till gymmet? L\u00e5t oss lova att h\u00e5lla formen i h\u00f6st! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Nu har vi t\u00e4nt en brasa h\u00e4r hemma och \u00e4ter en massa gott, blev mango &#038; chili marinerade kycklingspett med s\u00f6tpotatis, majs och sparris till middag och sedan har det \u201dsvullats\u201d kanelpepparkaksbullar, chips med dip, choklad i m\u00e4ngder&#8230; en riktig \u00e4tardag med andra ord!
