S\u00e5 har veckan rullat p\u00e5 med lite mindre tr\u00e4ning \u00e4n planerat tyv\u00e4rr d\u00e5 jag haft halsont och k\u00e4nsla av en &#8221;pockande&#8221; f\u00f6rkylning, men blev n\u00e5gra pass \u00e4nd\u00e5 \ud83d\ude42 Efter att ha sovit ut ordentligt idag k\u00e4nner jag mig piggare och planerar kunna k\u00f6ra alla planerade pass i n\u00e4sta vecka. Och aprop\u00e5 tidigare kostprat;<br \/>\nAtt &#8221;sl\u00e5 p\u00e5 stort&#8221; eller avst\u00e5 fr\u00e5n att njuta! Ifr\u00e5gas\u00e4tter ni om att gr\u00e4va in eller inte ?, l\u00e5t mig p\u00e5minna er om en sak. Detta \u00e4r en livsstil! En dag kommer inte att g\u00f6ra s\u00e5 mycket, eller \u201dbryta\u201d ner dig. Med det sagt, \u00e4r detta en livsstil du v\u00e4ljer, och du valde det av en anledning, medan att vi absolut kan njuta av godsaker h\u00e4r och d\u00e4r, men frosseri b\u00f6r undvikas! Det viktigaste i l\u00e4ngden h\u00e4r \u00e4r m\u00e5tta!
