Det har vart fullt program med en massa annat och blivit sena kv\u00e4llar samt att jag k\u00e4nner mig f\u00f6rkyld igen (suck), men kurerar mig s\u00e5 gott det g\u00e5r f\u00f6r att kunna k\u00f6ra ig\u00e5ng som planerat igen. Tr\u00e4ning \u00e4r verkligen f\u00e4rskvara och saknar s\u00e5 den h\u00e4rliga k\u00e4nslan i kroppen, endorfinkickarna jag f\u00e5r och inte minst de fysiska resultatet! K\u00e4nns stor skillnad i kroppen p\u00e5 bara n\u00e5gra veckor n\u00e4r det blivit f\u00e5 pass. Vill ju tr\u00e4na massor! Och jag l\u00e4ngtar s\u00e5 tills min PT utbildning b\u00f6rjar. Vitaminbombar mig och hoppas kunna k\u00f6ra bra i helgen! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Tips d\u00e5 det kanske k\u00e4nns betydligt tyngre \u00e4n vanligt att ta sig iv\u00e4g till gymmet i h\u00f6strusket:<br \/>\nFake tills du k\u00e4nner det! Vi \u00e4r alla off track emellan\u00e5t, och saknar motivation vid n\u00e5gon tidpunkt. N\u00e4r jag \u00e4r l\u00e5g p\u00e5 energi fejkar jag ibland en k\u00e4nsla av sp\u00e4nning, japp jag har bokstavligen sagt \u201dwoohoo, s\u00e5 taggad att krossa det h\u00e4r tr\u00e4ningspasset\u201d h\u00f6gt trots att vilja t\u00e4nka jag vill hellre l\u00e4gga mig p\u00e5 soffan.
