Nice! Nu st\u00e5r julmys och tr\u00e4ning p\u00e5 schemat \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Framg\u00e5ngsrecept f\u00f6r mig<br \/>\n\u25e6\tPlanera veckan med kost och tr\u00e4ning<br \/>\n\u25e6\tDrick vatten (beh\u00f6ver \u00f6ka mitt vattenintag)<br \/>\n\u25e6\tTr\u00e4na ordentligt, galet obekv\u00e4ma pass, de b\u00e4sta jag kan!<br \/>\n\u25e6\tSova minst 6-8 timmar per natt<br \/>\n\u25e6\tV\u00e4lja bra kost (som p\u00e5verkar mig positivt i l\u00e4ngden och inte vad som \u00e4r gott f\u00f6r stunden,<br \/>\n        men det med ibland i lagom dos \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>F\u00e5 in lite morgontr\u00e4ning i mitt schema, tr\u00e4nar endast kv\u00e4llar nu.<br \/>\nF\u00f6ra tr\u00e4ningsdagbok, planera min tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r kommande vecka p\u00e5 s\u00f6ndagar, dels vilka dagar jag ska tr\u00e4na och vad. Om jag bygger passen i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g \u00e4r jag mycket h\u00e5rdare mot mig sj\u00e4lv i gymmet. En viktig framg\u00e5ngsfaktor: tr\u00e4na obekv\u00e4mt, det ska vara jobbigt, utvecklande! Vilket i sin tur ger den roliga motivationen i form av bra resultat.<\/p>\n<p>Inspiration, jag f\u00f6ljer bloggar, gillar motiverande klipp p\u00e5 youtube och motiverande tr\u00e4ningsbilder och snart b\u00f6rjar min PT-utbildning \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4lskar att ha mycket frukt hemma!
