S\u00e5 sk\u00f6nt med en extra dags ledighet med denna helg! F\u00f6rsta passet f\u00f6r i \u00e5r blev f\u00f6rst ig\u00e5r i form av cardio 60 min hemma och har idag vart p\u00e5 gymmet och k\u00f6rt f\u00f6ljande bic\/tric pass; <\/p>\n<p>Dumbbell alternate biceps curl<br \/>\n4 set 10 -12 reps , 1 to failure<br \/>\nIncline dumbbell curl<br \/>\n4 st 10 -12 reps, 1 to failure<br \/>\nPreacher curl<br \/>\n3 set 10 -12 reps, 1 to failure<br \/>\nTriceps pushdown rope attachement<br \/>\n3 set 10 -12 reps , 1 to failure<br \/>\nSeated triceps press<br \/>\n4 set 10 -12 reps, 1 to failure<br \/>\nLying triceps press<br \/>\n3 set 10 \u2013 12 reps, 1 to failure<br \/>\nsamt lite Cardio (crosstrainer) 20  min intervaller<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00f6nt att vara ig\u00e5ng och imorgon planerar jag k\u00f6ra bentr\u00e4ning igen \ud83d\ude09 Dagen har rullat p\u00e5 med lite shopping i form av nya p\u00e5slakan och lite beh\u00f6vliga ting t ex ansiktsreng\u00f6ring och mascara \ud83d\ude42 Vi \u00e5t lunch i n\u00e4rheten av hemmet, god thaimat och lillen \u00e5t sin favvopizza. Dottern \u00e4r i Sydafrika sedan innan julafton och jag\/vi l\u00e4ngtar grymt mycket efter henne h\u00e4r hemma!
