(Eftersom jag haft s\u00e5 problem med min fot s\u00e5 har det k\u00e4nts som om det \u00e4r lite riskabelt att springa n\u00e4r det varit halt ute) Blev ett riktigt sk\u00f6nt pass p\u00e5 n\u00e4stan 7km i alla fall.Farten och tiden kunde v\u00e4l varit b\u00e4ttre men f\u00e5r vara n\u00f6jd med tanke p\u00e5 att jag inte sprungit i huvudtaget p\u00e5 n\u00e4stan 4 veckor f\u00f6rre innebandy passet i g\u00e5r. Ser ut som alla cykelintervaller gett \u00e5tminstone n\u00e5gonting.  Kan bara bli b\u00e4ttre om man s\u00e4ger s\u00e5.
