Men jag m\u00e5ste erk\u00e4nna att jag har b\u00f6rjat g\u00f6ra det sj\u00e4lv. Jag har l\u00e4nge haft problem med min axel och jag har m\u00e4rkt att det hj\u00e4lper mig lite om jag tr\u00e4nar lite rygg och axlar varje morgon s\u00e5 k\u00e4nner jag inte s\u00e5 mycket av det underdagen.
