Komiskt att hon kom &aring;t alla samtidigt!<\/p>\n<p>S&aring; nu har jag &auml;tit en god soppa och myser med lille busungen!<\/p>\n<p><strong>P&aring; gymmet<\/strong> blev det crosstraining i 45 mins och styrka mage rygg armar och rumpa\/ben. Fattar inte hur vissa modeller klarar 70+ i benpress! Jag k&ouml;rde 40 kg med&nbsp;12 reps 2 set&nbsp;och sen testade jag 50 kg en g&aring;ng, sjukt tungt!
