F&ouml;rel&auml;sning med olika g&auml;ster, tips och prisutdelningar p&aring; UF-kick offen p&aring; &Auml;lvsj&ouml;m&auml;ssan, intressant och roligt! Sen bar det av till gymmet och k&ouml;rde en timmes crosstraining r&auml;tt intensivt, tog sen en promenad hem till karlen i det under<em>underbara<\/em>&nbsp;h&ouml;stv&auml;dret!<\/p>\n<p>En sak som kommer finnas med p&aring; mitt h&aring;rda<strong> tr&auml;ningsschema<\/strong> som ska vara i tv&aring; veckor fram&aring;t &auml;r en timmes powerwalk varje vardagsmorgon. Styrketr&auml;ningsschema letar jag fortfarande om det finns n&aring;t bra!
