Sen ska jag testa den nya klassen Zumba p&aring; Sats ikv&auml;ll, det ska bli kul! Tyv&auml;rr &auml;r mamma sjuk och syster upptagen s&aring; jag f&aring;r vara sj&auml;lv den h&auml;r g&aring;ngen, men det ordnar sig!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jag &auml;r inne i en tr&auml;ningsperiod nu och d&aring; vill jag helst tr&auml;na n&auml;stan varje dag! Men d&aring; blir det alltid att jag tr&ouml;ttnar och ligger i l&auml; i typ tv&aring; m&aring;nader s&aring; den h&auml;r g&aring;ngen har jag best&auml;mt mig f&ouml;r att f&ouml;rs&ouml;ka lugna mig lite och planera vilka dagar jag ska tr&auml;na s&aring; jag kan h&aring;lla motivationen uppe l&auml;ngre! Den h&auml;r veckan blir det 4 pass: cykling, 2 ggr gym och tennis!
