Varierad tr&auml;ning som powerwalk, l&ouml;pning, klasser (zumba, spinning, core m.m.), styrketr&auml;ning, eventuellt simning och cykling. Variera f&ouml;r roligare och mer omv&auml;xling = motivation!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kost<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Godis, glass, chips, alkohol + all dryck med socker 4 gr\/m&aring;n. (Detta inneb&auml;r mer &auml;n en halvering av min tidigare konsumtion!)<\/p>\n<p>Efterr&auml;tter p&aring; firanden &auml;r ok d&aring; det &auml;r otrevligt\/osocialt att tacka nej!
