Fria vikter p&aring; biceps, triceps, mage (milit&auml;rmage 4,15, GRYM!) och rygg, br&ouml;st p&aring; maskin! Jag k&ouml;r i stort s&auml;tt alltid fria vikter f&ouml;rutom n&auml;r jag k&ouml;r ben med benpress, br&ouml;st, ibland rygg och triceps, b&auml;ttre och snabbare resultat d&aring;!
