Om jag orkar ska jag &auml;nd&aring; ta mig upp tidigare och powerwalka 10 km. St&auml;nger p&aring; SATS p&aring; kv&auml;llen s&aring; blir &auml;nnu en l&aring;ng dag, men vila kan man g&ouml;ra n&auml;r man d&ouml;r, eller hur?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bokade &auml;ven in mig p&aring; n&auml;sta veckas SATS Energy och p&aring; DanceStep som jag aldrig testat, ska g&ouml;ra en grupptr&auml;ningsvecka n&auml;sta vecka och testa nya klasser t&auml;nkte jag!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Den h&auml;r veckan k&ouml;r jag mycket f&ouml;rbr&auml;nning (powerwalks) eftersom jag har st&aring;tt stilla p&aring; v&aring;gen n&aring;gra veckor nu. &Auml;ven fast man inte ska fokusera p&aring; v&aring;gen &auml;r det kul att se resultat d&auml;r ocks&aring;, kroppen har ju sj&auml;lvklart f&ouml;r&auml;ndrats under veckorna men den h&auml;r veckan vill jag se en skillnad p&aring; v&aring;gen ocks&aring; \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Godnatt!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.heidiklumfans.com\/gallery\/Heidi-Klum-pic41.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.heidiklumfans.com\/gallery\/Heidi-Klum-pic41.jpg\" target=\"_blank\">Heidi Klum<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Imorgon har jag sovmorgon f&ouml;r f&ouml;rsta g&aring;ngen p&aring; n&aring;gra dagar, &auml;ntligen!
