Vad ska man d\u00e5 v\u00e4lja? Det \u00e4r ju en djungel och det \u00e4r inte l\u00e4tt att motst\u00e5 n\u00e4r det bara radas upp framf\u00f6r en.<\/p>\n<p>Ett tips till er alla nu i jul \u00e4r att satsa p\u00e5 n\u00f6tterna och frukten som dukas upp.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00f6tter har h\u00f6gt fettinneh\u00e5ll men vi m\u00e5ste f\u00e5 i oss r\u00e4tt fett i lagom m\u00e4ngd. N\u00f6tter inneh\u00e5ller b\u00e5de enkelom\u00e4ttade och flerom\u00e4ttade fettsyror beroende p\u00e5 vilken n\u00f6t det \u00e4r. Kroppen beh\u00f6ver fett f\u00f6r att den ska kunna fungera till fullo och man h\u00f6r ofta att !man m\u00e5ste \u00e4ta fett f\u00f6r att br\u00e4nna fett&#8221;, vilket st\u00e4mmer r\u00e4tt bra;)<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r n\u00f6tter ett bra alternativ p\u00e5 &#8221;snackasbordet&#8221; \u00a0men man ska s\u00e5klart inte \u00f6ver\u00e4ta det. Den inneh\u00e5ller n\u00e4mligen h\u00f6ga halter av fettsyran ALA (en form av Omega 3-fettsyra).
