Detta tr\u00e4ningsfenomen brukar alltid vara i b\u00f6rjan av \u00e5ret. Lugnt precis innan jul och efter sl\u00e5r en bomb ner och gymmen \u00e4r smockfulla i januari.<\/p>\n<p>Nu g\u00e4ller det att h\u00e5lla kvar det h\u00e4r ny\u00e5rsl\u00f6ftena och \u00e4ven ni som inte gett er sj\u00e4lva ny\u00e5rsl\u00f6fte men att ni forts\u00e4tter tr\u00e4na hela \u00e5ret. Det beh\u00f6ver inte vara att man tr\u00e4nar fr att man ska vara snygg f\u00f6r beachen \u00e4ven om det kan vara en sporre. Men tr\u00e4na f\u00f6r att m\u00e5 bra. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 alla de h\u00e4lsovinster ni f\u00e5r genom att tr\u00e4na och motverkar sjukdomar.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 l\u00e5t nu inte detta vara tillf\u00e4lligt utan hitta en balans i er tr\u00e4ning som g\u00f6r att ni h\u00e5ller det hela \u00e5ret och variera er tr\u00e4ning. Byt ut era \u00f6vningar och testa nya saker. Ibland f\u00e5r man f\u00f6r sig att man inte gillar vissa tr\u00e4ningsformer men utmana er sj\u00e4lva och testa n\u00e5tt nytt och vem vet, det kanske blir er nya favorit\u00f6vning?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6r s\u00e5 det ryker och sett upp era egna m\u00e5l.
